事件並未發生，用在某人希望、期待、想像事件的發生狀況

動詞用原形(simple form)

例：

I suggest that he leave.

I beg that he retuen the money.

I insist that you be quiet.

用在強調事件的必要性、重要性

例：

I suggest that he study.
